The (LOLER) Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998, were made under the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.

The Regulations apply in all premises & work situations subject to the HSW Act.

LOLER Regs require an inspection of Lifting Equipment to be carried out every 6 months.

For patient handling equipment in the clinical or care environments, SALUSS can carry out inspections in line with current LOLER Regulations (1998) and our engineers will provide a comprehensive report on each product tested.
